Amanda works with a variety of evidenced based counseling/psychotherapeutic interventions in helping clients work through dysregulation in mood, resolution of emotional trauma, address suicidal ideation, and more. Amanda works from an Integrative modality leveraging Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Amanda is also trained in and actively practices Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
